Abstract

Penelitian yang mengkaji manajemen kesiswaan dalam meningkatkan organisasi di SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Prabumulih dengan melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan, apa saja upaya manajemen kesiswaan dalam meningkatkan mutu organisasi dan apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen kesiswaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisa menggunakan teknis analisa data deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisa data, baik data dari hasil observasi, wawancara, maupun dokumentasi, dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan di SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Prabumulih tidak hanya dilaksanakan oleh waka kesiswaan saja namun juga dengan cara bekerjasama dengan pihak lain dengan dua cara yaitu mengikuti pembekalan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa, mengadakan kumpul rutin dan siswa diberi kepercayaan untuk mengelola organisasi dan kegiatannya. Adapun faktor pendukungnya yaitu tingginya intensitas koordinasi, sikap professional dan disiplin. Sedangkan faktor yang menghambat yaitu kurangnya komunikasi.

Abstract

The principal as the pinnacle of leadership with a visionary leadership model must be able to improve the performance of Paramount Palembang Elementary School teachers. This visionary leadership can have a significant effect on improving teacher performance because the principal can provide a clear vision and can implement the vision he has made for the teacher's future, thereby providing motivation for improving teacher performance. The principal must be able to increase the strategic and technical role in improving the quality of learning and teaching, he is not only a learning leader but more than that the overall leader which includes leadership functions in a school institution such as planning, career coaching, coordination and evaluation. His leadership pattern is very influential and even determines the progress of education. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of Visionary leadership style on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of working motivation together on the performance of Paramount Primary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of Visionary leadership style and work motivation together on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis carried out is the correlation analysis of t-test and F test. The results of data analysis from the questionnaire show that there is an influence of Visionary leadership style on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of work motivation on the performance of Paramount elementary school teachers in Palembang. There is an influence of Visionary leadership style and work motivation together on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. (significant level 5%).

Abstract

The research problem is about the implementation of academic supervision held by the Paramount Primary School Principal which considered unoptimal. The aim of this study are: (1) Explaining the elements that being focused in academic supervision of Paramount Primary School. (2) Explaining the strategy of the Principal in improving teacher’s professional competency. (3) Explaining the implementation of academic supervision held by the Principal (4). Analyzing the implementation of academic supervision held by the Principal in pandemic time. This reseach is a qualitatif descritive reseach, data collection technique used is participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation.The subject in this study are the principal, teachers and students. The results of this study are: (1) the elements supervised, (2) Strategy applied in improving the professional competence of teachers and (3) The follow up conducted by the principal after the academic supervision activity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure to support student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji Ogan Komering Ilir. This study uses a qualitative method. The research subjects were principals, vice principals in the field of facilities and infrastructure, teachers and students. Retrieval of data using interview techniques, documentation and observation. The results of this analysis include several components, including the planning of facilities and infrastructure, organizing facilities and infrastructure, implementing management and controlling of facilities and infrastructure. This analysis of constraints and solutions at school is related to cost or funding problems and is related to students

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe: 1). influence principal's leadership on student learning motivation; 2) Effect of School Management on Student Motivation; 3) Effect of Principal Leadership and School Management on Student Motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 64 teachers. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple linear and multiple linear regression formulas. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant influence of the principal's leadership on student learning motivation; 2) there is a significant effect of school management on student learning motivation; 3) there is a significant influence of the principal's leadership and school management on student learning motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership and school management on student learning motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District is 48.4%, the remaining 51.6% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the variable variables in this study.

Abstract

In this digital era, new technologies have emerged, resulting in extraordinary changes in all fields, including education. The increasing sophistication of technology, the heavier the demands for the competence of teachers. For this reason, at this time required the will and ability of teachers to understand the dynamics of the classroom in order to educate students well. This paper aims to describe the development of teacher competencies in the digital era. The method used is literature study with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed a change in the educational paradigm. One of them is that teachers as educational actors must be able to improve and develop their competence in pedagogic, social, personality and professional aspects. This can be seen in the ability to communicate and collaborate, the ability to think critically and solve problems, the ability to emphasize conceptual learning, and the ability to use technology-based learning media.
